VEEDERSBURG — Gene Allen Frances, 80, died at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2002 in Veterans Affairs Illiana Health Care Hospital, Danville, Ill. Memorial gravesite services were at 11 a.m. Saturday in Osborn Prairie Cemetery north of Veedersburg, with military rites by the American Legion and V.F.W. Parham Shelby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. – jlr
